    The addition of a happy, healthy puppy will bring a family years of joy and companionship.  The puppies we provide are that and more.  We feel that breeders should raise and provide their puppies under a guarantee.  That is why 3B Dobermans stands behind each puppy we deliver with the following...

    The puppy you purchase from 3B Dobermans is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of delivery.  The puppy will be current on all appropriate vaccinations and will have completed a proper de-worming process by the time of delivery.  However, 3B Dobermans requires that each puppy be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after arrival to validate this guarantee.

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep the puppy's vaccinations and de-wormings current.  We recommend every 2-3 weeks until the puppy is 18 weeks old, then once annually. 3B Dobermans guarantees our puppies against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, corona and bordetella.

    If the puppy should contract any of these sicknesses within the 10-day warranty period, 3B Dobermans must be notified within three (3) days of the animal's sickness.  If the puppy should die of any of these sicknesses within the 10-day warranty period, 3B Dobermans must be contacted within 3 days of the death and a replacement puppy will be provided from the next available litter or provide a refund.  It is the buyer's responsibility to provide 3B Dobermans with a written statement, from their veterinarian, as to the cause of death and to have the puppy sent to a major university for posting, if 3B Dobermans request a necropsy on the animal.

    3B Dobermans also guarantees the puppy for one year against any disorder that may interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life.  In the event that a replacement puppy is provided, all shipping costs involved are the responsibility of the buyer.

    3B Dobermans sells all animals for companion purposes only.  There are no guarantees for show or breeding purposes.   3B Dobermans guarantees registration papers on each animal that is marked as a registered animal.

    Both the buyer and seller of the puppy hereby understand that the buyer is responsible for any and all veterinary costs of every kind and nature after the date of purchase.  No other guarantees are made or implied by 3B Dobermans except those stated in this written health guarantee.
